This privacy policy applies to the Mei Health app for mobile devices, created by the Mei Health Team. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
Information collection and use
The app may collect information such as:
- Your device IP address
- Pages or screens viewed inside the application
- Time spent in the application
- Your device operating system
The app does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.
For core product functionality, the app may also store information you provide, including email, user ID, age, gender, weight, height, activity level, foods, steps, workouts, and nutrition data.
Health data commitment
Data accessed through Apple Health or Google Health Connect is used only to provide in-app health and fitness functionality such as steps, workouts, weight tracking, calorie balance, and progress views. It is never used for advertising, marketing, or sale to data brokers.
Third-party access
Aggregated or limited operational data may be transmitted to service providers that help run the app. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, investigate fraud, or work with trusted providers operating on our behalf.
Opt-out rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the application. You can also revoke Apple Health or Health Connect access through their respective system settings.
Data retention
We retain user-provided data for as long as you use the application and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of user-provided data, contact support@meihealth.in.
Children
The app is not intended to knowingly solicit data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Policy changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means those changes are accepted.
This privacy policy is effective as of December 2, 2025.
