Mei Health is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Any calorie calculations, workout information, food estimates, and progress insights are for informational and educational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional before starting or changing a diet, exercise program, or nutrition plan.
You should not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the app is at your own risk.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the app, website, content, branding, code, text, graphics, and underlying materials are owned by Mei Health Team or licensed to us and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
4. User representations
- You provide accurate and current information.
- You are at least 13 years of age.
- You do not access the app through unauthorized automated means.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Mei Health may offer paid subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. These subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through the relevant store settings before the renewal window.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health data, including Apple Health and Health Connect data, is processed only to provide core app functionality and is not sold to data brokers or used for advertising.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
