1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Mei Health Team (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Mei Health mobile application (the “App”) and the website meihealth.in. BY ACCESSING THE APP, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)

MEI HEALTH IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. The content, calorie calculations, and nutritional data provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only.

Consult a Doctor: You should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise program, or changing your nutritional habits.

No Reliance: You should not rely on the information provided by the App as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Risk: Use of the App is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from training programs, tracking functionality, or dietary changes you learn about through the App.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

  • All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • You will not access the App through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts).

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Premium Subscriptions: We may offer paid subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Read Privacy Policy.

Health Data: We process sensitive health data (HealthKit/Google Health Connect) strictly for providing app functionality and do not sell this data to data brokers or use it for advertising.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. You and Prathap K V irrevocably consent that the courts of Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
